Business Analyst – Digital Transformation
Our client is a global manufacturing organisation operating across multiple international markets.
The organisation is expanding its operations in Poland and is strengthening its Digital Transformation function to support initiatives across Manufacturing, Business, and Research & Development.
As a Business Analyst within the Digital Transformation department, you will work across Manufacturing, Business, and R&D to analyse processes, define requirements, map data, and support digital transformation initiatives.
You will work with internal teams to understand current processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and project deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Analyse business processes and workflows across Manufacturing, Business, and R&D. Identify gaps and define opportunities for process improvement.
- Process Improvement: Define and document future-state processes and recommend digital solutions to support business requirements.
- Data Mapping: Work with business divisions to document how data is created, stored, used, and exchanged. Identify data gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Translate requirements into functional specifications.
Your profile
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst within a digital transformation or technology environment
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities
