What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Ocean Import team.
- Oversee the end-to-end import process for FCL and LCL shipments.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and customs authorities.
- Drive continuous improvement and support the team during busy operational periods.
What we’re looking for:
✔ Several years of experience in ocean freight forwarding, with a strong focus on imports.
✔ Previous leadership or supervisory experience within freight forwarding or logistics.
✔ Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping.
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✔ Fluent in Dutch and English.
