Medior Software Engineer (Labview)
Location: Eindhoven, The Netherlands (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 months, with a possibility of extension
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Language: Dutch preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a Medior Software Engineer to join a project with a high-tech machinery client based in Eindhoven. In this role, you will contribute to the development and support of software solutions that interact directly with physical machinery, hardware components, and backend data processing systems.
The ideal candidate has proven experience with LabVIEW in a real-world machinery environment, an affinity for hardware integration, and the ability to build and support backend data processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support software applications using LabVIEW.
- Implement and support software running on real industrial or high-tech machinery.
- Integrate software with hardware components and machinery systems.
- Build, maintain, and support backend data processing systems.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware integration issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure reliable system performance.
Requirements
- 3 Years proven experience in LabVIEW development, preferably in a machinery or hardware-integrated environment.
- Hands-on experience with software running on physical machinery.
- Affinity with hardware integration and interfacing between software and hardware components.
- Experience building or supporting backend data processing systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a technical, multidisciplinary environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python development.
- Experience in high-tech machinery, industrial automation, or equipment engineering.
- Dutch language proficiency.
