Our client is a specialist engineering company supporting large-scale energy and industrial projects across Europe. They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support gas turbine installation and maintenance activities on multiple project sites.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical installation and maintenance activities on gas turbine projects in the Netherlands and Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating contractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and outage activities on site.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and site personnel.
- Ensure work is executed according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Support site management in planning and execution of daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety regulations and procedures.
- Monitor progress and report site updates to project stakeholders.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical issues during installation and commissioning activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the power generation sector.
- Strong experience working with GE Frame 9 gas turbines.
- Experience supervising mechanical teams during installation, maintenance, or outage projects.
- Ability to work effectively in an international site environment.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
- English language skills required.
- Availability to work on-site in the Netherlands and Germany.

- Duration: 5 Months
- Location: Northern Netherlands / Western Germany
- Working Schedule: 6 days per week
- Standard Hours: 40 hours per week
- Rate: Negotiable
