A client of ours, an EPC contractor involved in the construction of a waste-to-energy plant, is urgently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support night shift operations on-site in Czestochowa, Poland.
This is a key supervisory role within a large-scale industrial construction project, overseeing mechanical installation activities during critical phases of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising installation works including boilers, steel structures, and fuel feeding systems
- Overseeing mechanical installation of industrial equipment
- Managing night shift subcontractors and site workforce activities
- Coordinating closely with the client’s night shift manager
- Ensuring smooth handover of works to the day shift team
- Maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout the shift
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish and conversational English
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on industrial plant projects
- Previous exposure to boiler systems or waste-to-energy / power plant equipment strongly preferred
- Ability to manage subcontractors in a fast-paced site environment
- Must hold an EU passport or permanent Polish residency
- Available to work as a freelancer
Logistics:
- Location: Czestochowa, Poland
- Start Date: ASAP
- Working Pattern: Night shifts (Monday night to Saturday morning, 19:00 – 06:00)
- Hours: Approx. 50 hours per week
- Contract Duration: Until end of August (initial term)
