Mechanical Site Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to lead HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical installations on a major DC project in Milan, Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site activities, labour, and subcontractors.
- Supervise mechanical installations to project specifications.
- Ensure HSE compliance and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report to the Project Manager.
- Manage materials and support testing and commissioning.
Requirements
- EU passport holder or Italian permanent resident
- Italian and English (minimum B1).Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience managing mechanical/HVAC installations.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping systems, drawings, and HSE regulations.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office/site software).

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to travel and work varied hours.
- Full driving licence.
