We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers while driving the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mechanical engineering solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives are met.
- Provide technical guidance and support for product design, problem-solving, and engineering best practices.
- Provide assistance for the hiring of contractors and permanent staff.
Requirements
- Practical, hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, including the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems or products.
- At least 5 years experience of leading and managing a small engineering team, with strong communication and people management skills.
