M+E Surveyor

The Mechanical & Electrical Surveyor is responsible for overseeing and delivering M&E maintenance, repairs, and improvement works across a housing portfolio. This includes managing contractors, designing and specifying works, and ensuring compliance with key regulations such as electrical safety, building regulations, and health & safety standards. The role also plays a key part in energy efficiency initiatives, including carbon reduction, renewable technologies, and fuel poverty improvements. You’ll work closely with internal teams, residents, and external partners to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery across planned and reactive maintenance projects.
