Overview:
Vivid is currently on the hunt for an experienced Microsoft 365 Project Manager to lead a global enterprise implementation. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in project management within decentralized, international environments and has hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ERP systems, especially AX and SAP. You’ll be driving structure, strategy, and execution across teams in the US, Germany, UK, and Australia, ensuring seamless collaboration and system transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Microsoft 365 implementation and related systems integration.
- Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones to align on deliverables and timelines.
- Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from legacy systems (AX 2012 CU11/CU13/CU29).
- Drive structured project governance, reporting, and risk management.
- Collaborate with teams using ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, and Microsoft AX.
- Report progress to leadership, manage change requests, and mitigate risks proactively.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-10 years of project management experience in large-scale, enterprise-level IT or ERP implementations.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 capabilities and deployment strategies.
- Experience in decentralized/global organizations, preferably having led projects spanning the US, Germany, UK, and Australia.
- Worked for a manufacturing or supply chain company.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 (especially CU11, CU13, CU29) is a must.
- Strong exposure to SAP and/or NetSuite integration projects.
- Proven ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving projects. This is KEY.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Details:
- Open to candidates with any visa status.
- Must be available to start within 2 weeks.
- Remote work is allowed, though candidates in or near Charlotte, NC are preferred.
