Vivid is currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Lettings Officer to join a well-established Housing Association in Staffordshire on an initial short-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in housing allocations and lettings who can hit the ground running in a busy team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end lettings process
- Assessing housing applications and allocating properties in line with policy
- Applying housing banding and priority need criteria
- Coordinating property viewings and tenancy sign-ups
- Working closely with applicants and partner agencies
- Supporting the reduction of void turnaround times
- Maintaining accurate housing management records
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Officer, Allocations Officer, Housing Officer or similar within social housing
- Strong knowledge of housing allocations, banding and priority assessments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience using housing management systems
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
