My North West based client are looking to bring on a Leasehold and Right to Buy Manager after a recent retirement. The Council are looking to interview immediately and the role will be for an initial 12 Month period, requiring the following:
- Excellent knowledge of Right to Buy legislation, specifically Housing Act 1985 Part V
- Background in Housing preferred
- Background in housing leasehold management/service charges preferred
- Strong decision-making skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines effectively
- Exceptional customer service capabilities and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work with and co-ordinate multi-agencies/teams to ensure smooth running of Right to Buy service
- Investigate and respond to complaints/Councillor enquiries/MP enquiries
