Our client support the planning, design and delivery of complex built‑environment and infrastructure projects. They provide end‑to‑end consultancy services across construction management, project controls, cost engineering and strategic advisory, helping clients deliver high‑quality outcomes across commercial, industrial, energy, and public‑sector developments.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Planner to support the delivery of an Carbon Capture project from the Stockholm office. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support project objectives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Develop baseline schedules and update progress on a daily or weekly basis
• Break down the project into WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and activity levels
• Input resource allocations, activity durations, and logic ties into P6
• Track critical path and near-critical path activities to prevent project delays
• Perform schedule analysis and generate lookahead reports (1-week, 3-week, etc.)

• Eligible to work in Sweden as a freelancer (EU passport or Swedish residency)
• Expert user of Primavera P6
• Proven experience on large-scale infrastructure/construction projects, heavy/oil & gas/carbon capture experience is advantageous
• Fluent in English

Contract Details
Location: 3 weeks in Stockholm, Sweden, 1 week remote working
Duration: 6 month contract with potential extension
Rate: Competitive freelance daily rate based on experience and qualifications
