I’m currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for an Interim Legal Disrepair Surveyor in Northwest London.
With interviews taking place on FRIDAY 8th and MONDAY 11th November.
Duties:
- Managing up to 50 legal disrepair cases
- Monitoring, maintaining, and dealing with disrepair work.
- Doing inspections
- Liaising with contractors
- Working as the link between the work, the admin and the legal team.
Requirements:
- Experience in Legal Disrepair and preferably have worked in a Social Housing setting.
Benefits:
- £300-400 per day
- 6-Month Contract
