IAM Business Analyst / Product Owner
A financial services organisation of ours in Antwerp are seeking an IAM Business Analyst / Product Owner to support its Identity & Access Management domain. The assignment focuses on creating structure and clarity within a complex environment by analysing challenges, identifying gaps and risks, and preparing decision-ready input for stakeholders.
The role supports the Domain Product Manager and acts as a bridge between business, technology, and security stakeholders. The focus is on analysis, assessment, and decision preparation rather than delivery ownership or governance management.
Responsibilities
- Analyse Identity & Access Management processes, systems, and requirements
- Structure complex topics and translate them into clear problem statements
- Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and areas requiring stakeholder decisions
- Assess impacts across business processes, applications, and IAM capabilities
- Prepare decision options, including implications, trade-offs, and recommendations
- Facilitate discussions with business and technology stakeholders to gather information and build understanding
Profile
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar analytical role within complex environments
- Experience within Identity & Access Management domains
- Knowledge of IAM concepts including access governance, identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorisation, and role management
- Ability to analyse complex situations and break them down into structured components
- Understanding of security and compliance considerations within IAM environments
