Our client in the East Midlands is currently looking for an experienced Housing Officer for a minimum of 6 months with the option to be extended depending on experience.

About the Role:
- Manage a designated patch of properties, acting as the main point of contact for tenants
- Deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused housing management service
- Handle tenancy management issues including sign‑ups, breaches, and terminations
- Manage and resolve rent arrears in line with policies and procedures
- Investigate and respond to anti‑social behaviour cases
- Carry out property visits, estate inspections, and health & safety checks
- Work in partnership with internal teams, local authorities, and external agencies
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation, policies, and safeguarding requirements
