Vivid Resourcing is looking for a Housing Enforcement Officer to join a team in the North West for 6 Months. In this role, you will inspect properties, conduct HHSRS assessments, enforce housing standards, and respond to complaints about disrepair and housing-related nuisances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections, HHSRS assessments, and draft schedules of work.
- Serve notices, execute warrants, and prepare cases for prosecution or civil penalties.
- Ensure licensed HMOs are safe, well-managed, and meet all legal requirements.
- Respond to complaints about serious disrepair and housing-related nuisances in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve complex housing issues.
