Job Title: Health and Safety Consultant
Location: North West (on behalf of a local authority client)
Contract: 6 months, Full-time (37 hours per week) or Part-time (30 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Health and Safety Consultant to join one of our local authority clients in the North West. This is a excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their professional experience in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Health and Safety audits and produce audit reports creating action plans.
- Deliver H&S training for stakeholders within the organisation.
- Report RIDDOR events as required.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Recent H&S experience, ideally the public sector.
- Competence conducting H&S audits and producing related reports.
- Experience in an H&S training.
- Strong idea of RIDDOR events and documentation
