Functional Product development Leader – Friesland – 12-month contract
A leading customer of ours are looking for a Senior Development Leader to assist with the development of new products within the R&D division.
Role:
- To take a leading role in delivery and validation of innovative solutions
- Translating customer needs into business requirements
- Translating commercial and functional requirements into technical concepts and solutions
- Support and challenging of current team members
Background
- Strong academic background in Physics and similar engineering background
- Proven experience in development of new functionality of consumer products
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Creative mindset and ability to adapt to internal & external factors
- Experience with Six Sigma and Black belt certification is a plus
Details:
- Friesland: (Onsite 3/5 days p/week)
- Contract length: 12 months +
- Start date: ASAP
