We are looking for a Test Automation Lead to support a transformation programme within a complex technical environment, with a strong focus on Salesforce and test automation.
Location: Brussels (hybrid, 2 days/week on-site)
Contract: Until end of year (extension likely)
Start Date: Mid-May
Languages: English required (French is a plus)
Responsibilities
🔹 Coordinate 8–9 testers in an Agile (Scrum) environment
🔹 Ensure quality standards and overall delivery of testing activities
🔹 Define and drive the test automation strategy
🔹 Implement and improve automation processes and frameworks
🔹 Work within complex and unstable environments (notably Salesforce)
🔹 Collaborate closely with technical and business teams
🔹 Contribute to the evolution of existing testing practices
Profile
🔹 Proven experience as a Test Automation Lead / Tech Lead
🔹 Strong hands-on expertise in test automation (Python, frameworks, tools)
🔹 Experience with Salesforce (automation in this environment is a strong plus)
🔹 Experience working in complex / unstable environments
🔹 Ability to work autonomously and bring structure to a team
🔹 Strong experience in Agile (Scrum) environments
