Job Title – Quality Project Manager

Location – Dresden (occasional travel to customer construction sites in NRW, up to 30%)
Job Spec:
Main Contact for Quality Issues
As a QM Manager, you are the primary contact for quality matters, supporting project management and customers. You handle planning and coordination within the quality control plan and work closely with the QM department to address project-specific needs.
Supplier Documentation and Risk Management
You will manage supplier documentation requirements, review and approve quality records, and assist with risk assessment and management.
Resource Coordination
You oversee resource allocation and task assignments within the quality department, ensuring seamless communication on quality issues.
Quality Standards and Processes (FAT, ITP, SAT, IQC, OQC)
You will prepare purchase specifications, quality control plans, inspection instructions, and test plans (e.g., ITPs, FATs, SATs). Additionally, you will refine error catalogs and integrate them into FMEAs to minimize quality problems.
Project Completion, Commissioning, and Complaints
You will finalize control plans, manage installation and commissioning, and address complaints as needed.
Defining Standards
You will create and implement data-driven standards for qualification and validation protocols covering products, processes, and equipment.
Experience
- Technical degree in plant/mechanical engineering, quality management, or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in quality management or plant engineering.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems (aligned with ISO 9001) and proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Hydrogen experience but not necessary.
- Experience around Pressure Directive.
- Experience around CE Conformity.
