Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Data Analyst to support a large-scale data migration and platform transition to the Festina platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed data analysis and validation activities in preparation for migration to the Festina platform
- Assess data quality, completeness, consistency, and integrity across multiple source systems
- Identify data issues, anomalies, and gaps, and work with stakeholders to define remediation actions
- Conduct data readiness assessments and support migration planning activities
- Develop and execute data quality checks, reconciliation processes, and validation rules
- Support root cause analysis for data discrepancies and migrationrelated issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to ensure accurate data mapping and transformation
- Create dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor data quality and migration progress
- Work within Azurebased data environments using SQL, Power BI, and Databricks technologies
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Data Analyst, or similar role
- Strong experience within finance or pension domains (mandatory)
Proven experience with:
- Microsoft Azure
- SQL
- Power BI
- Databricks
- Fluent Dutch speaking skills (mandatory)
- ZZP / freelance availability
