Key Requirements and Hard Skills:

Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in RF engineering, preferably within consumer electronics or wearable devices.
- Hands-on experience with RF system design, including antennas, RF circuits, and wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, NFC).
- Experience in optimizing RF systems for low-power, long-range communication in compact form factors (such as wearables).

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in RF design and simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST).
- Strong knowledge of RF testing equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
- Familiarity with low-power wireless communication standards (e.g., Bluetooth Low Energy, Zigbee, LoRa).
- Knowledge of RF regulatory standards (e.g., FCC, CE, etc.).
- Strong understanding of RF circuit design, antenna design, and signal integrity.
