Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Project Manager with a proven track record in ERP implementations or migrations.
You will take full ownership of the project delivery, ensuring timelines, budget, scope, and quality are effectively managed. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the end-to-end implementation or migration of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
· Define and manage project scope, planning, budget, and resources
· Act as the main point of contact between business, IT, and external partners
· Drive workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with key stakeholders
· Ensure proper governance, risk management, and issue resolution
· Oversee data migration, integrations, and testing phases (SIT/UAT)
· Coordinate go-live planning and execution, including hypercare
· Ensure strong change management and user adoption across the business
· Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees
Candidate Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Project Manager on D365 F&O implementations or migrations
· Strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes
· Experience in complex, multi-entity environments
· Ability to manage system integrators and external vendors
· Solid knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Prince2, or similar)
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
