Locum Conveyancer – Devon (Hybrid)
A well-established law firm in Devon is seeking an experienced Locum Conveyancer to join its Residential Property team on an initial 6-month rolling contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to join a busy and supportive team, managing a varied residential caseload while providing cover during a period of increased demand.
The Role
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handle matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and new build transactions.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of client care while working to agreed timescales.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Qualified or non-qualified conveyancers with relevant experience will be considered.
