Vivid Resourcing are working with law firm that has multiple offices across Cheshire and Greater Manchester and they need either a Conveyancer or a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.
A large part of the caseload will be dealing with transfer of equity. The role will involve signing certificates of title so please only apply if you are qualified.
Rate: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Full-time
