About the Client:
Our client is delivering a major manufacturing facility currently under construction in Brandenburg, Germany. The project involves complex industrial infrastructure and utilities systems and is being delivered to the highest international engineering and safety standards.
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking two experienced freelance Construction Supervisors to strengthen the Utilities / MEP team, with a primary focus on fire safety systems. The role is site-based and will play a key part in ensuring the successful installation, coordination, and compliance of all fire protection systems throughout the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the installation of fire safety systems within the Utilities / MEP scope.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure all works comply with German building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety performance.
• Support commissioning readiness and issue resolution on site.
• Report progress and technical issues to the site management team.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role on industrial or manufacturing construction projects.
• Strong background in Utilities and MEP systems.
• Solid understanding of German building codes and regulations (mandatory).
• Knowledge of NFPA 13 is highly beneficial.
• German and English language skills at working level.
• Ability to work full time on site and commit to an initial 6-month contract.

Location: On-site in Brandenburg, Germany.
Duration: 6 months, with possible extension.
Working Mode: Full-time, site-based.
Rate: Competitive freelance rate, depending on experience and qualifications.
