Class 3 Registered Building Inspector – BSR | Freelance Contract
We are currently looking for a Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to support ongoing Building Safety Regulator (BSR) work on a freelance basis.
Start date: January 2027
Hours: Minimum 12 hours per week
Working arrangement: Fully remote
Contract: Freelance / Outside IR35 (subject to confirmation)

Requirements:
Class 3 BSR registration essential.
Experience working on BSR projects.
