I’m looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a family-owned FMCG business based in Antwerp.
I’m looking for someone who can:
🔹 Lead the finance function and provide strategic financial leadership
🔹 Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
🔹 Deliver accurate financial reporting and performance analysis
🔹 Support business growth through commercial finance insights
🔹 Manage cash flow, working capital and financial controls
🔹 Partner closely with senior leadership and operational teams
🔹 Operate effectively within a fast-paced business environment
🔹 Build strong relationships across the organisation
🔹 Bring a hands-on, dedicated and personable approach to leadership
🔹 Contribute to the long-term success of a family-owned business

FMCG experience is a plus. Fluent Dutch and English are essential.
