As a Business Consultant within Digital Enablement, you will continuously help the client to work smarter, more efficiently and more scalably.
You work on complex issues that affect multiple departments. You don’t just look at one team or one process, but at the entire organization. Together with colleagues, you design new ways of working, guide teams during the change and ensure that improvements are actually implemented.
You can regularly be found in the workplace.
You shadow employees, ask critical questions and bring people from different disciplines together to come up with better solutions together. Sometimes that means simplifying processes. Sometimes distributing responsibilities differently. Sometimes automate or outsource work.
Your responsibilities:
- You supervise organization-wide improvement and change processes from idea to successful implementation.
- You map processes across departments and design a better way of working together with the business.
- You guide teams through changes and help colleagues master new ways of working.
- You bring different interests together and help departments make joint choices.
- You dare to question existing processes when this leads to a better organization.
- You use data, analytics and AI to inform choices and provide insight into opportunities.
- You translate complex issues into a practical approach that teams can work on immediately.
- You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects and domain specialists to embed changes in a sustainable way.
- You remain involved until a change demonstrably works and has become part of the daily operation.
In addition, depending on the issue, you can also be involved in
- process- a data analysis;
- functional designs;
- translating business needs into solutions;
- supporting software and integration issues.
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in an analytical or consultancy role at the intersection of business, data and systems;
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL and data analysis;
- Experience with stakeholder management and collaboration between business and technical teams;
- Experience with system integrations, APIs and data exchange;
- You are strong in structuring complex issues and take ownership of solutions.
