Contract Building Control Surveyor (Class 3H) – Fully Remote

12-Month Contract | Fully Remote | Flexible Day Rate

We’re partnering with a leading Building Control Consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Class 3H Registered Building Inspector on an initial 12-month contract.

Working remotely, you’ll be responsible for delivering Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD) duties and Building Regulations plan assessments across a portfolio of Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs).

The Role

• Carry out BRPD duties on HRB projects
• Undertake Building Regulations plan assessments
• Provide technical compliance advice to project teams
• Work closely with clients, architects and design teams
• Fully remote with no site inspection requirement

About You

• Class 3H Registered Building Inspector
• Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations
• Experience delivering BRPD services on HRBs
• Consultancy or Registered Building Control Approver experience preferred
