Interim Associate Director – Building Control
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in the office)

Rate: Negotiable, dependent on experience
We’re seeking an experienced Interim Associate Director of Building Control to support a well-established Building Consultancy in Birmingham.
The role will involve leading teams across domestic residential and community projects, providing senior technical oversight on complex schemes, and ensuring high standards of regulatory compliance, customer service and technical delivery.
Key Requirements:
Building Inspector Registration at Class 4 Management level, plus Classes 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E and 2F.
Class 3 registration desirable.
Proven senior-level Building Control experience and team leadership capability.
Strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness and understanding of regulatory compliance.
Full driving capability and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
Working Arrangements: Birmingham-based, with hybrid flexibility and 1–2 days per week in the office.
