Vivid Staffing Certified: Palantir Professional
We take pride in sending our clients the highest quality candidates. As such, we have developed a badge of assurance awarded to palantir professionals across the US that meet a set of distinct criteria. We only give this certification to candidates who meet all of the below:
We must have received and authenticated a minimum of 3 references from current or previous employers. 2 of these must be professional references from senior managers or above, and 1 must be a technical reference from an adjacent colleague or technical lead.Â
To obtain certification, candidates must undergo an initial phone screening followed by a more in-depth video screening carried out by one of our specialist Palantir staffing consultants. These screenings will determine professional competency, validation of previous employments, soft skills, Palantir experience & project use and overall decorum.
Candidates must have evidence of a background and drugs screening in order to obtain the certification.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the US. We will check all documentation and work eligibility prior to presentation to any client.
Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 1 previous Palantir certification to objectively confirm their technical proficiency.
