For a construction customer in Aarschot, I am searching for a freelance Werfleider for a large residential project (+/- €20m) for 90 apartments and 2 multi-story car parks.
As a Site Manager, you are responsible for the qualitative and efficient execution of one project. You manage the work on site, coordinate the parties involved and make adjustments where necessary. You will work closely with Project Leaders, Foremen, Workers and Subcontractors.
Candidates should have exposure to similar scale of sites, or another similar projects for public buildings, schools etc.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day organisation of the site
- Planning, monitoring and adjusting site activities
- Checking quality, safety and efficiency
- Managing staff, following up on deliveries and monitoring progress
- Managing site administration, invoice control and reporting
Profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably with a class 8 contractor
- Experience on similar projects (large residential, public buildings, social buildings etc.)
- Strong affinity with MS Office and smooth communication
- You are an organizer with overview and solution-oriented thinking
- Safety and quality are central to you
- Team player who works independently with a positive attitude
