Job Description – Trainer Benelux (Automation & Industrial Control)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Trainer to support customers across the Benelux region. Due to increased training demand, the position has reopened and requires an immediate start.

As a Trainer, you will deliver technical training courses focused on industrial automation technologies. You will receive an annual training calendar in advance, allowing you to plan your schedule. Typically, you will deliver several training sessions each month, with courses lasting between one and two days. All business travel is covered.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training courses across the Benelux region.
• Prepare and present engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
• Support customers in developing their knowledge of industrial automation technologies.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Maintain high-quality training standards and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • PLCs
  • SCADA
  • Motion Control
  • Drives
  • Industrial Networking
• Previous training, coaching, or technical support experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
