This is a highly visible project-based role for a hands-on tax professional who can connect tax implications to wider business decisions and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
The role is focused on technical tax and project management, rather than people management.

- M&A transactions
- Corporate restructurings
- Business divestments
- Supply chain and operating model changes
- Assess and communicate the tax implications of business decisions and organisational changes.
- Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure tax considerations are embedded in key projects.
- Act as the central point of contact for tax-related workstreams and drive projects to completion.
- Review, analyse and interpret complex financial and operational data to support tax decision-making.
- Prepare and manage detailed tax analyses, modelling and reporting using Excel.
- Support transfer pricing reviews, documentation and governance initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors where required.
- Ensure tax risks and opportunities are appropriately identified and communicated to leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Tax, International Tax, Transfer Pricing or a combination of these areas.
- Strong background in international corporate tax.
- Proven experience managing tax-related projects in multinational or complex international environments.
- Exposure to M&A, restructurings, integration projects, carve-outs and divestments is highly desirable.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced project environment with changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential. Candidates should be highly comfortable working with large datasets, financial models and tax analyses in Excel.
- Prior experience within large international organisations or multinational group structures is advantageous.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus but not essential.
