Site Erection Manager – Electrification & Automation

We are seeking an experienced Site Erection Manager to oversee the electrification and automation package for an Electrical Arc Furnace (EAF) installation at a steel manufacturing plant.
 

Role: Site Erection Manager
Project: EAF Furnace / Steel Plant 
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 months
Working Hours: 55 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday–Saturday

Requirements:
– EU Passport holder or German Permanent Resident
– Fluent German speaker, at least B2 level English speaker 
– Previous experience running site for similar electrification projects 
– Capability to run site for 100+ people 
– Available to start on short notice 

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the site erection activities across the electrification and automation package
– Oversee installation works involving cable trays, cable pulling, low and medium voltage systems, switchgear and transformers.
– Coordinate and manage a site workforce of 100+ personnel.
– Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements
– Mid-to-senior-level experience in similar electrification, automation or industrial installation projects.
