Servicedesk Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join their team in the Brussels region on an initial contract running until the end of the year with potential extensions afterwards.

The successful candidate will provide IT support within a Windows-based environment, handling incidents, service requests, and user support while working closely with international teams. In addition to strong service desk experience, candidates should have some exposure to or understanding of telecommunications and network environments.

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk, Helpdesk, or IT Support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
  • Basic experience with telecom and/or network infrastructure
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (Dutch OR French is a plus)

Contract Details:

 

  • Location: Brussels Region
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: Until end of year (extension possible)
