Our client specialises in water treatment solutions, supporting both industrial and municipal projects across Germany. They are focused on delivering efficient and compliant wastewater and freshwater systems.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of water treatment systems across Germany. This role involves regular travel and requires a hands-on professional who can work independently while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of wastewater and freshwater treatment systems
- Carry out routine maintenance, fault finding, and repairs
- Travel across Germany to support various project sites
- Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental standards
- Work closely with engineers and site teams to deliver projects successfully
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in wastewater or freshwater treatment
- Strong mechanical and process knowledge
- Proven experience in maintenance, fault finding, and commissioning
- Willing to travel extensively across Germany to different clients
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong communication skills
- German language skills are beneficial
