Senior Project Manager
Location: South Brussels (20-30% remote)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee a team of project managers within our dynamic organisation. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, who is ready to take the next step in managing multiple projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor project managers and aftersales teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all phases of project management including planning, installation, and aftersales support.
- Manage and optimize resource planning and allocation, both internal and external, looking ahead 8-10 weeks to anticipate changes and ensure key milestones are met.
- Develop and improve processes and work flows, supporting the company’s ongoing digital transformation, including ERP or software implementation.
- Take a strategic view of workforce management and project execution to optimise efficiency and quality.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination between teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in project management or project leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and structure teams and processes effectively.
- Experience with digital tools, ERP systems, or software implementations is a strong advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable managing workforce changes and adapting plans dynamically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
