Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the North West who are seeking to hire a senior planning lawyer on a rolling contract for 6 months.
The ideal candidate will:
– Have at least 5 years PQE,
– Have prior experience in positions of seniority.
– Have previous experience with s106s, appeals, and enforcement,
– Be comfortable working autonomously,
– Be experienced working in the public sector.
This candidate would also be required to attend the office weekly to help train up junior lawyers.
Candidates with limited senior experience will also be considered but at a lower commensurate rate.
