About the Role:
- Deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused housing management service across a defined patch
- Lead on complex tenancy management cases, including ASB, rent arrears, safeguarding and enforcement
- Act as an escalation point for challenging cases and support Housing Officers with case resolution
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance, mentoring and support to Housing Officers to ensure consistent performance
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to build safe, sustainable communities
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation, policies and best practice
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and operational excellence
