Overview
Vivid Resourcing is currently seeking an experienced Interim Senior Compliance Officer to support a key client in North Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional to take ownership of critical safety areas and drive best practice across a diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead compliance monitoring across gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, water, and lift safety
Ensure all compliance records are accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
Produce detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and Board-level review
Manage external contractors, including fire risk assessors and asbestos surveyors
Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
Provide expert guidance to operational teams on compliance matters
Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring organisational adherence
Drive continuous improvement and proactive risk management across compliance services
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior compliance role, ideally within housing or property services
Strong knowledge of UK compliance regulations across multiple safety areas
Experience managing contractors and compliance-related projects
Excellent reporting and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, interim environment
