Role: Project Planner / Scheduler
Project: Construction of Scientific Research Facility (Machinery Installation)
Location: Near Frankfurt, Germany
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 2 years minimum
Weekly hours: 40 hours
Requirements
- EU passport holder or permanent resident
- Fluent English and advanced German speaker
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Planning / Scheduling
- Professional user of planning software – for this project they are using Planisware (a new software which is very similar to Primavera / MSP)
- Available to work on-site
- University degree is compulsory
Responsibilities
- Creation and monitoring of the schedule
- Progress determination and schedule status analyses
- Execution of deviation analyses (plan/target/actual) as well as development of measures and recommendations for action
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings in terms of content, scheduling and organization
- Managing the reporting system
