About the Client:
Our client are Polish and are delivering a major industrial construction project in Dresden, Germany as part of the ESMC development. They are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the successful planning and execution of construction activities across the project lifecycle.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a large-scale industrial construction project based on-site in Dresden. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
This role requires close collaboration with site management, project teams, subcontractors, and the client to ensure works are delivered in line with project milestones. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on industrial plant projects with a strong understanding of piping works and construction sequencing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks and delays
- Coordinate scheduling activities across piping and plant construction work packages
- Produce regular progress updates and schedule reports for project stakeholders
- Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure alignment between construction activities and project timelines
- Attend and actively participate in project meetings and planning reviews
- Maintain ongoing communication with the client regarding project progress and milestones
- Support forecasting, resource planning, and look-ahead scheduling activities
- Ensure schedules remain accurate and reflective of site progress
- Assist project teams in developing recovery and mitigation plans where required
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project scheduling within industrial construction environments
- Strong experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Previous experience scheduling piping works and industrial plant construction projects
- Experience working on large-scale industrial, process, semiconductor, manufacturing, or energy projects
- Strong understanding of construction planning, sequencing, and project controls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working directly with site teams, project managers, and clients
- Fluent English speaking required
- German and/or Polish language skills would be advantageous
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Dresden
