We are currently seeking an experienced Scheduler / Project Control Manager to support a major train manufacturing project based in Madrid.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile rail project and play a key role in project planning, scheduling, and controls within a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6
- Support project control activities including earned value analysis, progress tracking, and reporting
- Interface with project teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule integration and updates
- Produce regular project performance reports and schedule analysis
- Identify risks, delays, and opportunities within project timelines
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Solid understanding of project control functions, including:
- Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Reporting
- Interfacing and coordination
- Previous experience within the rail/train industry is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a project-driven environment
