About the Client:
Our client is a leading organisation within the financial services industry, operating across multiple international locations. They are currently expanding their Identity & Access Management capabilities and are seeking an experienced SailPoint Engineer to support the integration of enterprise applications into their global IAM ecosystem.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will join a global security and IAM team, focusing on the integration of business-critical applications with the SailPoint platform. This position requires strong hands-on experience with SailPoint development and application onboarding, as well as solid Java development skills. The consultant will work closely with security, infrastructure and application teams to deliver scalable and secure identity governance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications and the SailPoint platform
• Develop and customise SailPoint workflows, connectors and provisioning processes
• Onboard new applications into the organisation’s IAM ecosystem
• Develop custom integrations and enhancements using Java
• Configure and support identity lifecycle management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
• Work with REST APIs, web services and connector frameworks
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM and integration issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application teams across multiple regions
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance and governance standards
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Strong hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with SailPoint
• Strong Java development experience
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP and web services integration
• Good understanding of Identity & Access Management and Identity Governance concepts
• Experience with provisioning, access certification and identity lifecycle management
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience within financial services or other regulated environments is advantageous
Contract Details
Location: Brussels, Krakow, London or Paris (2 days per week on-site)
Duration: 12 months+, with extension potential
Rate: Competitive market rate
