We’re looking for an experienced Building Control Plan Checker to assess plans and technical submissions on projects up to Class 2F. This position is part time and can be done on an ad-hoc basis
Key duties:
Plan checking for compliance with UK Building Regulations
Reviewing drawings, specs, and calculations
Issuing clear technical feedback and reports
Liaising with designers and applicants remotely
Requirements:
Competent up to Class 2F (RBI or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Building Regulations & Approved Documents
Proven plan-checking experience
Able to work independently in a remote role
