Exciting Opportunity – Registered Building Inspector Role Available!
This private RBCA, is looking for an experienced RBI to join their team. If you’re passionate about the Building Control industry and want to be part of an exciting project, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key responsibilities of the RBI role include:
• 3 days minimum on site, 1 day per week in the office
• Overseeing the building control process and ensuring compliance with building regulations
• Conducting site inspections and providing feedback to the client
• Liaising with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the construction phase
The ideal candidate for this RBI position will have:
•Class 2D minimum
• Relevant experience in the RBCA/Local Authority
• A strong understanding of building regulations and codes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
