The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a new manufacturing facility in Oss, Netherlands, on an initial 4–6 month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing background, particularly around labelling and printing processes. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a new-factory environment, engaging directly with suppliers and stakeholders, and taking a proactive, hands-on approach to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support quality activities within a new manufacturing facility.
- Provide quality engineering expertise across labelling and printing processes.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality requirements and standards are met.
- Support supplier quality activities, investigations and issue resolution.
- Identify quality risks and drive appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop, implement and maintain quality processes and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Support the successful establishment and ramp-up of the new facility.
