QA/QC Supervisor / Inspector

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor / Inspector to oversee quality assurance and control activities during the manufacturing of Gas Separator Units. The role involves ensuring compliance with project specifications, inspection standards, and quality requirements throughout the production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuous monitoring of manufacturing and quality control (QC) processes
- Performing cross-checks between documented measurements and actual values
- Verification of measurement and inspection methods to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Ensuring full implementation of ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) requirements
- Witnessing critical manufacturing and inspection stages
- Conducting and/or overseeing:
- Visual Testing (VT) inspections
- Coating inspections
- Dimensional testing
- Review and approval of weld repairs, including associated documentation
- Tracking, managing, and closing non-conformities (NCRs)
- Driving sustainable resolution of recurring deviations and quality issues
- Supporting preparation and validation of final manufacturing documentation
- Immediate escalation of deviations, non-compliance, or quality concerns
Requirements
- Proven experience in QA/QC inspection within manufacturing or heavy industry
- Strong background in welding inspections, coating inspections, and dimensional controls
- Experience working with ITPs and quality documentation
- Familiarity with NCR management and root cause analysis
- Experience on Gas Separator Units (highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently onsite and manage inspection activities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
